Rate Details :This reservation policy outlines the terms for a Prepay Non-Refundable rate, meaning:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds are given if you cancel at any time after booking.
- Date changes are allowed only up to 3 days before arrival (by 11:59 PM local hotel time).
- If you change the dates and the rate goes down, you will not receive a refund for the difference.
- The same credit card used to make the prepayment must be shown at check-in.
- This is a common fraud-prevention measure. If you’re not the one checking in or won’t have the card with you, it’s important to contact the hotel in advance. They may require a credit card authorization form or offer an alternative process.
Elkton Lodge is a Pet-free property. We do not have a swimming pool either.
