1. Full Payment Required: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
2. No Refunds: Cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of the timing.
3. Date Changes: You may change your reservation dates up to 3 days before arrival (by 11:59 PM local hotel time).
4. Rate Adjustments: If the rate is lower for the new dates, the difference will not be refunded.
5. Card Verification: The credit card used for prepayment must be presented at check-in.
6. Third-Party Check-in: To prevent fraud, if you are not the person checking in or do not have the card used for booking, please contact the hotel in advance. A credit card authorization form or alternate payment may be required.
